Retail Space
Members can rent designated retail space. Space ranges from 10×7, 10×10 and 13×13 and range in price from $125 to $250 per month. All Retail Space members have access to the space conference room, creative workspace, have 24/7 access, wifi, smart TV’s, coffee station, a business address, and the ability to host events in our space.
Pop-Up Shop Special: We have an extra spot just for you! $100 for a one-time pop up shop from Thursday- Saturday. Contact our team for more details.

Co-shared creative work space is $100 per month and have access to conference room and creative work space. Members can meet clients, have 24/7 access, wifi, smart TV’s, coffee station and host events. All members have a business address and the ability to receive mail at the business address. The Made in Coatesville Culinary Collective is a community-driven initiative aimed at fostering culinary entrepreneurship and addressing the food desert conditions in Coatesville, PA. By providing a shared-use, commercially licensed kitchen and retail space, we aim to stimulate economic growth, create job opportunities, and enrich the local culinary scene. This business plan outlines our strategies for achieving these goals, including project management, funding, and sustainability.
